Well, to some of you, this might be quite confusing, but it isn't. This is basically just like in the pokemon games. A PC is somewhere to hold the pokemon that aren't on your party and the items that you cannot carry around. You are only allowed to carry six pokeballs and can only be carrying that ammount of pokemon even if one doesn't have a pokeball. You can also only change pokemon on your party for one's in a pokecenter. There is another option however, the option is to spend 50k *currency* to own a small machine that acts as a telephone to the professor who can change your pokemon around... The professor doesn't need to talk to you on every board, just say that you character used their communicater to change their *Pikachu* to a *Mime Jr*... It is quite easy and the PC acts as a list of pokemon that you own which were at the Professor's study...
