Well, I am guessing that you are here because you want tobe part of the staff for Pokemon Arien... It would be nice for everyone to become staff but sadly that is not going to happen... I will not be taking on many people as staff and the ones that I am must be quite highly experienced... Admin is ofcourse the highest in ranks and can make skins anyway but Skin Makers cannot mod boards and moderators have smaller admin but the ability to mod boards...
